Tula Yoga Spa offers an array of decadent spa services including Ayurvedic Facials that are determined by your dosha: vata (air), pitta (fire) or kapha (water); Abyhanga massage...and a series of packages with unrevealing and surprisingly appealing names like Nurture, Relax, Rebalance & Reboot.

Tula's knowledgeable treated me to the best massage I've had in a long time, quite possibly the best one ever (ask for Kristine!). Next up was the Seaweed Body Wrap, which not only made my skin feel super smooth and silky, but it also toned and slimmed my entire body. Their spa treatments include Massage Therapy, Facials, Waxing, Sugaring, Threading, Herbal/mud body wraps and manicures/pedicures.

The body treatments were an excellent way to relax and jumping right into the Hot Yoga class the next day was a challenging but fun way burn off a little stress as well. This is a first class facility, I will definitely make you a part of my next trip North of the border.
